Software Sleuth Case Study
Client:

Project Overview:
Challenge:
Developers are not able to release software or updates that contain security vulnerabilities. Unclear feedback from software testers regarding security vulnerabilities requires developers to repeatedly follow up for more details.

The client requested an end-to-end solution for training for software testers. This solution should fit a variety of organizational structures and learner needs. The final outcome consisted of a self-paced e-learning option as well as assets for instructor-led training and supplements including a job aid and user checklist.
